I work as National Performance Coach of one of Australia Big 4 Banks, NAB was brought in to set up the delivery of a significant change project to our business at a National level. In an Organisation of 40, 143 employees and in an ever changing climate change is not uncommon. I can safely say their determination to learn was commendable, they brought an element of fun and professionalism that was needed in a project and challenge that was mammoth and it was an absolute master class in change management.

Working with Leadership teams to define their desired Organisational culture and implementing the change it through new ways of working, performance, leadership, skills, communications, people processes and values implementation. This included equality and diversity, talent management and wellbeing as part of the desired culture, common areas Organisations want to prioritise but find it difficult to make it part of the culture aka " the way we do things".
